Our Story
Junk Busters was started by Jean-Edmond and Jasper, two friends who graduated high school in the Hudson Valley and Berkshires and decided they didn’t want to wait around for someone to give them a job. They got a truck, learned the work by doing it, and started helping neighbors clear out basements, haul old furniture, knock down walls, and get rid of the junk life accumulates.
But the goal was always bigger than junk removal. Their goal is to use their success to help others, give back to the communities that supported them, and inspire other young people to build something of their own
Meet the Founders
Jasper
CO-FOUNDER
Jasper Pappas, 18, is one of the co-founders of Junk Busters. He handles the brand's advertising, online presence, graphics, and photos (this website included). He's a hard worker with a lot of ambition and plays a big part in pushing the business forward and finding new ways to grow it. Outside of work, he's passionate about cameras, film, and photography.
Jean-Edmond
CO-FOUNDER
Jean keeps the customers smiling and the operation running. He's the friendly face at your door, the one answering your texts, and the guy who'll stick around an extra hour to make sure everything looks better than when we showed up.
Disclaimer: no, we're not brothers — just friends. We get that a lot, probably because we both have blonde hair.
"We show up, work hard and get it done right!"
